| | Safely Remove Hardware - DVD/CD Drive? Just installed Windows 7 (64-bit Business)- liking it so far. One thing that I am confused on though: I am being offered to safely remove hardware for my DVD/CD drive? This was not something I ever saw under Vista prior to this so I am confused as to why it is showing that option in Windows 7. It is a permanent drive - why would I want to safely remove it? Thanks for any thoughts/help on this. |
