Windows 7: Wacom Intuous 4 'Dispaly Toggle' Lightroom Problem

Wacom Intuous 4 'Dispaly Toggle' Lightroom Problem

I have a dual monitor setup with an Eizo 24" CGW (left/primary) monitor and a Wacom Cintiq 21ux (right/secondary) monitor. When using Lightroom 3.2, with the LR window on the primary monitor and use my Intuous 4 pad and toggle the display to fullscreen on the primary monitor, when I move the pen into the right sidebar of the LR display, the toggle state jumps into the 'both' monitor state. If I move the pen to the right side of the desktop under the LR window it behaves properly. While I have not noticed this behavior with other applications (simply because I use the Intuous 4 99% in LR) I am not sure the LR is the only culprit. I have the latest Wacom driver (downloaded last night) and it doesn't solve the issue. Since I have no idea what is to blame for this issue I thought I'd bring it here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
