The Second Hard Disk Drive isn't Detected

My Secondary Hard Disk is detected somethimes and other time when i use normally my pc it disappear! And i have to reboot my pc to see it again.. other time i can't see even if i reboot the pc.. Two minutes ago i have open EasyBcd to change the boot configuration 'cause i've installed xp in this secondary hard disk and the drive is disappear... Indeed I can't use xp probably for this inconvenient... In the boot option when i boot my computer there's only windows 7...

Any Suggestion?
And sorry for my bad english..

SIW2 replied to your other post in Dual Boot tutorial advising to uninstall Acronis and reboot.

He sees something in your Disk Mgmt screenshot which tells him this and knows his stuff.
