Diskpart error! Help me someone?!

Hello everyone.
I'm a new member here, I was searching around for help.
I hope someone can help me, would do a great job!!

First of all, I have Windows 7 Home Premium HP Pavilion Dv7 - 3111
First, I have installed diskpart.exe
Typed "list disk" In cmd, and choosed my harddrive part "0"
And after, type "clean"

I have done that, but I'll get an error and it says:

Virtual Disk Service error
Clean is not allowed on the disk containin the current boot,
system, pagefile, crashdump or hibernation volume.

I can show you how it looks. More easier for you guys to help me!

You cant run Clean command on the boot disk while you are inside windows, you'll need to boot to command prompt for that. Heres a tutorial.

I've followed those steps here:

Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command

But I don't understand one thing, disk manager?
What shall I do there?

Anyway, when I type "list disk" "select disk 0" "clean"

It still say:

Virtual Disk Service error
Clean is not allowed on the disk containin the current boot,
system, pagefile, crashdump or hibernation volume.

I don't know what to do. Maybe I've done something I have missed?
Not sure, please help me someone

Did you boot into command prompt and then run clean?

If safemodus with command prompt yes. I got this message:

'list' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
