    Your temperatures are too high.

This is for desktop below. I don't remember what you have and you haven't filled in your specs so this is only a guess.

I'm at 28*C right now at an idle.
So you are running too hot but not critical. Do not run any games this will make it critical.
The fan speed isn't increasing on the CPU or the CPU heat sink isn't dissipating the heat. That could be dust in the cooler and fan or a bad seating of the CPU cooler on the CPU.

Take the side cover off the case and see if CPU fan is turning.
Might can tell if it is full of dust also. If not power off and unplug PC and see if cooler is full of dust.
Most coolers you can remove the fan without taking off the cooler so you can clean out the dust but I don't know what you have.

Make these checks first and let us know.
Please fill in your specs so we can assist easier.

Get this...Speccy - System Information - Free Download and when finished, click "My System Specs" in one of your posts here and update.

I haven't used it but I'd say you just download it and when it's finished double click it to install it. When it's installed, run it. Then come back here and click "My System Specs" in one of your posts. Copy the info from Speccy into the System Specs form and save

Download the speccy tool run it and it will provide you with the internal hardware in your system.

Then go to the usercp (top of page) and click on it >on your left as you scroll it will say edit system specs>put the information provided by speccy in the proper boxes.

This way everyone can just click on the Link in the lower left hand corner of every post you make and know what hardware your running. Please don't forget to list which version of 7 your running 32 or 64bit.

Another useful tool s GPU-z this will tell you what your cpu is and memory, timings. motherboard ect .http://www.cpuid.com/

Another good program to have is Core Temp http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
This program will give you an acurate reading of your CPU temps.
