Downoad and run this program Piriform - Download it will tell you all of what hardware is in your system. Then follow some of the other posts and links. You need to click on the links and download and run the programs that have been provided for you.
It's really not that big of a deal, or is it?

Let's try with Speccy again. Save this to your desktop (this is the portable version, no need to install),

    Attachment 105004

run and wait a minute for it to detect everything. Then

    1. Hold the Alt key and hit the Print Screen.

    2. Open Paint (click the Start orb and type paint in the search box).

    3. Hold Ctrl and hit V to paste it in Paint.

    4. Give it a name and save it.

    5. Start a new post here and then follow this,

on how to post the screen shot in the post.

OK brightsun: (I'm 100% disabled as well) But here is the problem we are having.

Being a disabled person it is a little hard for me can you tell me in my task manager process speed 66 physical memory 58 cpu getting 10 present can cause freezes and crashes and browser not responding ?
What you are asking above can't be answered until you have followed the suggestions already posted, why?, because their are so many different things that can cause your system to freeze up and crash and become non responsive.

So with just the information you have provided no one knows where to start, until they know what type of hardware is in your computer, like your CPU (central processing unit), what the mainboard it is installed on, what kind of RAM your using(random access memory), what your Graphics card is, what power supply your using,

All of these things could have something to do with the symptoms your asking about.

That is why it is so important for you to read the posts and follow them so the forum members will know what computer parts make up your system.

Until you run the speccy program and provide us with the information it shows you, their is no way to provide you with a definitive answer as to why your system is doing what it is.

From your post what I think your seeing is in task manager that you have 66 process running, your using 58% of your physical memory, and your CPU is running at 10% capacity.

Their is no way to tell from that information what is causing your computer to lock up , freeze and become non responsive.

You need to provide the requested information or their is no way to help you.
    OK? Fabe
