Windows 7: why wont my DVC100 dazzle platinum card work

sorry for the terrible grammer this keyboard which came with my computer is messed up i can figure out how to do normal punctuation. but anyways, my problem ive eben having with my dazzle platinum is that it seems i cannot download the driver for my dvc100 as i cannot use it until it is fixed i have tried troubleshooting it but it has no effect so i was wondering if there is any way to fix this problem as i am not a computer wiz. thanks

Pinnacle lists drivers that support the DVC100 under Windows 7, for the 32 bit and 64 bit versions.
