Help with my XBOX 360 generic Gamepad

Hi everyone, I just bought a XBOX 360 generic Gamepad, and I just connected to my laptop and Windows installed the XBOX 360 drivers, but when I try to play games like Batman AA or GTA IV, I just canīt play them, I don't know what happens but the game doesn't reconize the Gamepad, but other games like PES 2011 reconizes the Gamepad perfectly, so I think Windows install generic drivers and not the xbox 360 ones.
I tried installing XBCD drivers from this forum but It doesnt work, they dont appear on the device manager, and I did everything exact.
So, I decided to use the XBOX360 Gamepad emulator, just like if my gamepad were a Logitech or PS2 Gamepad, Everything went alright, but when I mapped the right and left trigger , there was the problem, the two trigger are reconized like axis by Windows and i don't know what to do for Windows to reconize them like buttons and no axis, and when i'm in the game both trigger are pessed even when I'm not pressing them, but when i just press one of them is everything fine, the problem is when im no pressin them.

Here's a pic of the X360 Gamepad emulator:

The number over the trigger should be 0, 0 means they're no pressed, but they're are not 0.
and when i press the left trigger looks so(it happanes with the rigth trigger too):

This pic shows that windows reconizes the trigger as a axis:

I hope you understand, and I know you guys could help me, I dont know what to do, Im depressed. If you dont understand any word or sentence please just tell it, i will try to explain it more clearly
