it looks like the xp install broke your windows 7 boot files.
you'll need to restore them within xp by using a program called EasyBCD - you'll also need to have .Net Framework 2 to make it work. have a look through this tutorial. it contains full instructions and links to software needed. scroll down the page until you reach method two, part 7.
it's pretty simple, and once you've done it, you'll get a boot menu every time you start your computer. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number mickey megabyte 1234 OS ultimate 64 sp1 CPU i5 2500K 3.3@4.2GHz Motherboard MSI P67A-GD53 Memory 8 gigs GSkill Ripjaws 1600 Graphics Card amd hd6950 Sound Card creative x-fi gamer Monitor(s) Displays samsung 24" Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard saitek eclipse ii Mouse logitech g3 PSU antec 550 Case antec three hundred Cooling i'm a cooling fan Hard Drives ocz vertex 2e 60 gig, samsung f3 1tb, buffalo 2tb ext Internet Speed about 4 Mbps Other Info i love win7 |

Unfortunately your Disk Management screenshot does not show the active partitions. My guess would be that the MBR for Windows 7 is on the small 100MB partition and the XP MBR is on the F partition. But since XP was installed later, it apparently superseded the Windows 7 MBR. For a test, I suggest you activate the 100MB partition and inactivate F. Then we'll see.

Here you have the problem. The BIOS only knows the XP. You can manipulate it as I said above, but that does not really give you a true dual boot. For that I suggest you follow brianzion's link. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP, Dell, Gateway, Toshiba - 4 laptops and 2 desktops OS Vista, Windows7, Mint Mate, Zorin, Windows 8 CPU from 1.6GHz Duo to i7 Monitor(s) Displays 2x HP w2207 Keyboard with trackball - no mices Mouse Trackball mice Hard Drives 5x HDD, 7x SSD, 12x Externals Internet Speed DSL 6000 Dual Boot Problem problems?
