New TV

I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.

Okay, so I need some help.
I just bought a bold "32 philips blablabla.
The thing is, if everything will fit on the screen, I must have 1280 x 768, then it looks like this; http://img217.imageshack.us/img217/3017/test1pb.png

But I want 1920 x 1080, the thing is that it looks like this then http://img524.imageshack.us/img524/4485/test2cx.png
Anyone know how to solve the problem?
So that everything will fit into 1920 x 1080

Thanks!

/Edit

Just saw that you do not see what the error in 1920 1080 screenshotten.
The thing is that the bottom, left side, right side, and the peak is not visible, you can not see the start menu, or "Fragbite" bar at the top of your screen.

Go to the following site and download this. Big button on top right.
Download and install. Then when you run it will take a couple of minutes or so to gather the info so be patient. It will give you a complete system overview.
Best free overview on the market.
Mobo and most everything you need including all your software. Does not keep or collect info for their use.
You can leave it on your PC and use it when needed.

Hehe, just one question.
Is it possible to use the Stereo inside the TV itself for PC usage?
If so, how do I do activate/turn it on?
