help me!!!
my cooldisk was formatted and worked earlier but now it dosn't work and dosn't format what can i do ? it's name is ts16gjfv30 brand:transcend . when i try to open this this message appear :the volume doesn't contain a recognized file system

does the drive appear in "my computer"? if so, right-click the icon and you should have the format option. if its not there, try the trancend website. they have an online recovery tool.

it doesn't help

it doesn't help JetFlash Online Recovery can't recognize my flash but computer recognize flash and in my computer show it known of removable drive i think it had problem of old and i didn't notice it maybe i must forget this and will buy new one anyway thanks for your reply

Run the HP disk format utility and see if you can format the drive.
