    Try the Fn+F Key, see if it will switch modes, as Laptops of that sort with the VGA output sometimes can stick in a different mode. If you can't get it to display on anything, see if you can get HP to warranty replace the laptop if it is under a year or 2 old.
    Tried the fn key thing for dislplay, did'nt work

    Is the graphic card replaceable? How much will it cost?
    Its nVidia 8400 GT 256 Mb.

    If it's a Laptop then there's no way to replace it as it's built into the motherboard
