In-built webcam problems on ASUS Eee PC 1005HAG
Hello everybody!
Firstly i'm new here (so hi, hope you're all well and all that!) and also new to Windows 7. I have a second hand ASUS Eee PC netbook, running W7 Starter. I recently installed Skype and can't seem to get the built in webcam to work. I keep getting the "This device can perform faster" message. When I click the balloon I get the window telling me to disconnect the USB Composite Device from it's current port and re-connect it to the one displayed in bold type, which supports the Hi-Speed USB2 yahdeyah! How on earth do I do that??? I have tried disabling in Device manager but couldn't get that to work. While i'm reasonably tech savvy, this is just a little bit out of my reach and woulod really appreciate any help you folks can give me.
Thanks in anticipation
J-Massif!
