Asus M4A79T Deluxe and windows 7 anyone?

Anyone have an ASUS M4A79T Deluxe motherboard and running windows 7?

I't installed perfectly fine on 7127 (getting 7200 now!) but the machine seems sluggish moving windows and in general for a Phenon X4 955 quad core with 8 gigs DDr3 ram I expected this to be FLYING!

I thought maybe the issue was there are no chipset drivers installed but the device manager shows nothing missing or not working.

Does anyone have this motherboard and might be able to point me how to tweak it up for windows 7? Do I need some special drivers? the disk it came with is not for Windows 7 so Im wondering if I need to go to vista for performance?
