Hey folks, I was wondering if this processor will work on this motherboard?
The specs all match, but I just need to be 100% sure.

CPU:Intel Pentium E5400 Dual Core
INTEL PENTIUM DUAL CORE E5400 800FSB SKT-775 RET

Mobo:ASROCK SKT-775 G31M-S R2.0

For the CPU: Yes, they are compatible.

Here is a table showing a list of compatible CPUs for that motherboard: G31M-S R2.0 CPU
