| | It isnt. it shows up in the Device manger as "multimedia Audio Controller. Cause the only other one that is that is the Realtek one. |

| | Cause if i load in to XP x32 it SHows the Same But Works. in 7 X64 it shows that way but wont install drivers |

| | I've been looking through Google results and it seems that's a very old card. Just out of curiosity try running the installer in Compatibility mode for Windows 98... I'll keep doing some more hunting  |
