    Please guys can you help me find a download for the cd that comes with this motherboard because my whole cd -pouch got robbed at school with that cd included. and I am doing a clean install and would liked to have the same as that cd???

    desktop utilities.. bios update ..only good for xp, xp x64 or vista 32 bit.. no windows 7 support for that board

    Yes the first one was just an example of what mines looks like but I have the intel board

    Will this board work with win 7 if I just download seperate drivers for it? Like the Lan port and the sound etc?

    Windows 7 should recognize the hardware if the bios is up to date.. or as up to date as possible. I've successfully installed 32bit 7 to much older hatdware than that. I don't think the utility disk will work though, but the only way to find out is to assemble a box and see if it works. If not, there's always XP.
