    Samsung HD103SJ


    I just noticed the patch on the samsung site for the HD103SJ when used with SB850 chipset.

    Does anyone know what problems occur that will tell me that I need the update?

Hello, I have issue my with current HDD, which is Samsung HD103SJ, where I keep getting a hard disk failure warning for every 20min or so.. and wonder if there any fix for it rather than buying a new one, if possible. Thanks!! :)

Today NewEgg has a New Years Day sale and I noticed they have a Samsung 840 Pro Series 128 Gb SATA III SSD for $130 US. Is this a good buy, as far as SSDs are concerned? I would use it to run my Windows 7 installation. Thanks for any input.
