Unknown Device

This is not a new problem, it has been there as long as Windows 7 has been installed, but since I have not experienced anything inoperative or other problems, I've let it go unattended until now, simply out of laziness. I'm looking at it now, because it has been nagging me too long.

I have very little data to go on, except that found in the two screenshots below. The question is, how to pursue this without going in circles?

A quick google search reveals thats the gameport on your mobo. If you are not into joysticks, disable the gameport in your bios, otherwise locate the drivers from asus.
