    Aren't temps significantly impacted by what processor you have and which video card? I don't see where you can really do a head to head comparison between person A and person B...unless they have identical hardware and say 1 is better than the other.

    oh, mine uses 300 meg with 15 tabs open - yeah, and?

    Yeah, I don't really see the point.

    Anyway, I have a Q9550 with a stock cooler running at 3.2ghz rather then 2.83 and my idle temps are around 32-34 across all 4 cores....and my load temps playing games are around 55-58. These are all well within spec, and it's stable as a rock...so I see no point in cooling it down anymore than this. I'm using an Antec P182 case with 3 x 120mm case fans.
