Monitor and Win + P not working

Hi there,

I'm working as sysadmin for a small firm with 10-15 employees. We have three monitors connected to each computer. On one of these computers Win + P does not seem to be working. The two side monitors work (those that are not connected to the VGA port) but the main monitor in the middle (connected to VGA) does not work and nothing happens when I try to press Win + P. I don't think there's a hardware issue with the monitor per se. Please advise on how I should proceed. Perhaps I can try to change the monitor setting through control panel or something, but I'm not sure.

Kind regards

Think we could use some specs? Plus what OS what monitor, etc.

I don't think there's a hardware issue with the monitor per se because I've tested connecting another monitor to the VGA port and that doesn't work either. Please advise on how I should proceed. Perhaps I can try to change the monitor settings through control panel or something, but I'm not sure. The thing is when I right click on the desktop I don't see the normal options for monitors, they have been replaced by a NVIDIA option, it's like the card has hijacked some functions and does not allow me to use the monitor in the middle.

OS: Windows 7
Card (to the other monitors): NVIDIA
