Turn off power to hard drives (and SSDs)

I want to set my power options to never turn off my SSD BUT I have 3 other 640GB mechanical drives. SSDs are fine set to "never" but the mechanical drives are better set to 20-30 minutes of no use. I cannot find anywhere to choose what you want each drive to do. Anybody know of an easy way to do this. I can think of some hard ways, but won't do it unless I am missing something easy...

Thanks, here is where I think the option should be but nope....

hddscan claims to be able to do this for individual drives (i think), but i've not tried it.

Thanks for the info. I'm surprised Windows won't do it with all of the multiple HD setups these days (with HDs getting cheaper) I was aware of software that could do it but didn't think this program could. Hmmmm

I'd be interested in how well that program works. Pleased keep us if you try it.
I don't have time to test it until next week.
