Windows 7: new vga cable problem

new vga cable problem

Hi , I don't Know if i posted this right but oh well

So i had some problems with my Vga cable and bought a new one
All fine till i started my Windows 7 Ultimate x64
I go to Change Rezolution [ in display settings ]
And i see 2 displays , which is really weird beacuse im using a single monitor [ Lcd ofc ] Also i cloudn't Change my Main display to the 2nd one
They were like this

First : Generic Non-Pnp monitor
Second : Display device on : VGA

I Cloudn't Change my display to the VGA one , Any ideas? beacuse if i use the first [ generic non-pnp monitor ] and not the VGA one my games and screen looks blurry

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I don't Find anything like that
Also I used Nvidia Control Panel To change rezolution and it somehow worked
But still i can't change my display to the VGA one

Will this cable work to extend coaxial cable for cable box?
Getting a new TV and placing it in a different spot than where the old TV is and I realized the coaxial cable coming from the wall isn't going to reach the new location for cable box's "Cable IN" connection. Can I use this as an extension? It looks right to me but I just want to be sure.
