I'm having problems connecting a printer to my laptop. The printer was working but when my laptop went away for repair it did not work on its return.
The printer works on my macbook and my PC running Vista however it will not run on the laptop running Windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
I think it is something to do with the fact that my printer is on a network somewhere?? some how but I haven't a clue what to do.
When I try to add the printer using the add printer wizard it cannot locate the printer even though its switched on etc...
I haven't a clue why it won't work can someone try to help.
By the way I have tried downloading the drivers
from the Epson website but when I press print it sends it to the print queue which then clears but no print!!!!
