How do I find what my "Unknown Device" is ?

Hey

Just reinstalled Win 7 and I seem to have all of my drivers installed except I seem to be missing one device however I'm not sure what that device is. How do I find out what it is ?

When I right click and click on search for updates nothing happens.

Thanks
