    boot problem


    hi all:
    i got this problem when i started my windows..after entering the password at login screen, the icons on the desktop doesnt come up.n every think is balck, but the cursor is there..i tried the safe mode it works,,

    i checked the event viewer it says that
    The winlogon notification subscriber <GPClient> was unavailable to handle a notification event.

    and there was an error in device manager regarding the driver of CONSUMER IR DEVICES..
    can u help me with this problem

    no its a fully registered windows and came with the laptop when i bought it.. i tried system restore...doesnt work....
