Windows 7: Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build 082)

ok where to start...

I have an Asus EEE PC 1005HA Notebook... I bought my computer at Best Buy. I had problems with my computer not wanting to run properly. Found out after I took it to Best Buy to the Geek Squad. it needed a new hard drive. They sent it in for repairs and had a brand new hard drive installed in my computer. When I got the computer back it was blank. It had no driver, no software, no operating system., etc etc etc. Ok, im now trying to find out what to do, so far I have learned about the BIOS and how to set it up. I have copied the 1601 version of the BIOs that I need for my computer. I have used a USB for this installation. Using the Alt+F2 keys. I have gotten into the set-up, using the F1 key, I have set the boot device as my USB. I now get after saving and exiting. I get this:

My question is, I have found this file online. I want to download this file but i dont know what else to do. Would there be anyone out there that can help me with ever I need to do next...
