I installed the full set of software for the ScanJet 8390 as I was having the same issue with my ScanJet 4890. However, HP Solution Center will not load. I agree email2r2, when the toner runs out for my HP LaserJet printers, they will be replaced by another brand. I can't understand why HP provides drivers
for the 4890 on their website, but not the Solution Center!!!
