How do I install a mobo w/o the install CD?

I have a Soyo SY-K7VME Motherboard that I want to put into this computer, but I don't have the install CD for it and the one time I go it it to work the Blue Screen came up instead of the Login screen. The company (Soyo) went out of business in 2006 and their site i gone.
Any ideas of how I can get this to work?

That is an old motherboard.

You could start at driver sites like these:
SY-K7VME SOYO Motherboard Mainboard Drivers Manuals BIOS
SOYO® SY-K7VME Driver Download
And see if you can collect all you need.
