The error codes you get are common when the device driver is not installed correctly or cannot initiate.

It would help to know what the exact hardware configuration is that you are attempting.

The Asus P5K-Deluxe motherboard has 2 LAN controllers. Are you trying to get them both to work?

Or are you adding a second PCI card to the machine? If so, what is the brand and model number?

Were you replacing a NIC - was there a NIC in the computer before?
If so, do you know the brand and model number?

Yes, you should either follow this thread to see what can be done, or start a new one. Otherwise the thread gets very confusing!

Nope, i just try to add new one.
I change 3 different NIC and no one wont work.

I leave realtek in PC to try to setup somehow ...

What I'm getting at is that if a network adapter (either on-board or add-on card) was installed previously it is a common problem that those old drivers, hardware ids, and hardware assignments are left in the registry even after removing the device. I have had network adapters that would not install until I manually when through the registry and deleted all the keys that contained the name of the network device.

To do that without problems you need to know the names of the devices you tried to install and the ones that were installed before. That HP has 4 Network drivers listed on the website, so it would be reasonable to assume that one of those was installed previously, unless this is one of your machines and you know exactly what was and was not installed.

You could use a program like DriverSweeper to remove the old remnants. But even then it it necessary to known the names of the devices you would want to remove.

    i found in registry "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkCards" my 3 NIC,

    1. NIC of my samsung tab (which is installed after i have problem with NIC)
    2. integrated NIC (which work)
    3. new NIC (which is problem)

and found on another part many NIC informations, have many some "Teefer2 miniport"

p.s: this problem show on beginning when i first try to add new card (did not have any before)
