I wonder... According to the AMD site, my 1055T is rated at 125W, but according to cupid HW monitor (if I am reading it right) says that my CPU is pulling 140W. My BIOS is set to default.what is the real wattage of amd phenom II X 4 970 blk ed-cpu.png

well i think i made up my mind i will snag this cpu maybe next week when i have time to play around i also have a review that gave it all 9's would have been 10's but they have memory issues see here AMD Phenom II X4 970 Black Edition - Bjorn3D.com anyway my mainboard supports it and it has a over clock but not sure how it will fair on mine but they showed overclocks to 4.2 ghz on air cooling pretty nice

Like everyone says don't try to duplicate another machines clock yes understood but yet im excited i have to update my bios etc before instlalling the cpu so i hope after i get it out of the way it will run fine i can only hope

im going to use this thermal paste what do you guys think ?http://www.frys.com/product/6413542?...H:MAIN_RSLT_PG
