Resolved - Auto Enable Atheros 5007EG Wireless Adaptor

    Hi,

I have spent ages looking through posts on here and haven't been able to find exactly what Ive been looking for. However, as people on here clearly know exactly what they are talking about, I thought Id ask for your help

I have a FS Amilo Li1718. Until this week, when I started my machine, it started with wifi auto enabled, so I didn't have to use the hot key to search for my router. I could just boot it up, leave it and it would come on and connect immediately to my wireless router.

I then had a crash and had to manually reboot. Since then, this facility has stopped and I now have to wait for my machine to start, then manually press the hot key for wireless to enable.

Not a massive problem, but I would ideally like the automated process to return. I have been dealing with the techguys @ pcworld, but they seem to be struggling with it a bit

    Thanks in advance...............

Have run the FS DeskUpdate,& FS SystemDiagnostic tool?

    You can run these from
    Downloads - Support - Fujitsu
    OR
    Drivers & Utilities DVD.
