Windows 7: Broadcom Bluetooth problems~~~!!!!!

I've got a bluetooth when I first bought my laptop but now it is not working and everytime I start windows, it will pop out a window and said "Bluetooth license not found".
I've read some of the useful thread here, and so I did exactly all the step as possible. I uninstall the bluetooth software and reinstall the software at broadcom.com .
But when I tried to install it, it gave me a message "Please plug in or turn on your Bluetooth device", yet my bluetooth had already enabled/turn on.
I've no idea how to fix it, my laptop had tones of problems now!
