Windows 7 Devices & Printers Folder

My printers and devices are not listed in the Devices & Printers folder. The devices work fine. Why are they not listed? Any help?

Is there nothing there, or just some items missing? A screen shot might help.

I've seen this suggested via a google search.

Click Start Orb > type services in the searchbox
    - Click services in the search results above
    - Look for Bluetooth Support Service in the list of services on the right pane.

If it is set to disabled:

    - Right-click Bluetooth Support Service > click Properties
    - Under Startup type select Automatic then click OK

    Alphanumeric
I tried what you suggested, rebooted, but the devices & printers folder still shows 0 items.

In this window Click Add a device. See picture below. It should search and add all devices.
Give it a few minutes but it shouldn't take a real long time. 2-3 minutes at most I would think.

    That is something.
Usually if someone posts it isn't found it isn't working.
If I find anything else I'll get back to you.
