HELP!!! How to turn back the cap locks key?

I wonder what I've done, and it just turn my cap lock "off" key to "shift" key. Just to make it more clear, I put my caplock on with caplock key, and I need to off it with shift key, do anyone know hwo to slove this? To change back to default.

No, the idea here is that he can turn caps on via the caps lock key, but has to turn it off by presing the shift key. Apparantly the caps lock key doesn't turn it off

It is possible that this may be a feature built-in to some keyboard drivers. What make and model keyboard do you have?

I remember the setting from Windows 2000 there you could set this behavior in the keyboard properties
Open Regedit and check if there is DWORD named Attributes with the value of 00010000 under
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout
If so, just delete that Attributes- key and the function should be back to the Original setting.
