Win 7 does not recognize 2 TB in external enclosure?

I connected my external 2 disc enclosure (NexStar MX) with 2 TB and 1.5 TB HDDs.
Windows XP recognizes the enclosure perfectly. Windows 7, 64 bit Manage shows "Invalid Discs". What shall I do? I am shocked and frustrated. Do I have to format the discs?! They are almost full. Did anybody come across with this issue? What is the solution? I tried NexStar in another PC with Win XP - both HDDs are recognized.
    Please help.

    Would this help you?

This would assume that the drives are tagged as Dynamic disks. You could also check this out in Disk Management on the XP machine.
