Windows 7: missing hdd space

i have 1tb os hdd and 2 1.5tb hdd's in my computer, then i have two external 1.5tb's i use for backups of those 1.5tb's. pictures posted is of one internal 1.5tb and its backup. ones taking up alot more space then the other, they both have the exact same files, ive emptied recycling bin and show hidden files is enabled. any idea?

Check whether the system protection is enabled for the drive with the lesser freespace.

Did you do a Windows backup sometime that was applied to the primary 1.5 drive and not copied over to it's backup drive?

just fixed it, i had show hidden files enabled, but didnt have show hidden system files enabled. there was 87gb worth of system files in the recycling bin when i enabled it now theres only a 40mb difference between them.
