Windows 7 - external monitor keeps disappearing.

| | external monitor keeps disappearing. i have an HP laptop with an HDMI output. I attach a Samsung monitor to it and it works fine. but if i go into sleep or hiberante modes, the external montior doesn't return when i exit those modes. if i go to diplay settings and try and detect a second monitor...it doesn't recognize it. if i try to add new hardware...doesn't find it. i just downloaded the latest samsung driver...but still no difference. any suggestions??? |
