Wondering what Processor I can upgrade to.

    Hang around here and your knowledge will grow. I was at a similar point with my Gateway desktop only to find out upgrading was totally impracticable with the design. Gateway and many others make there case, mobo, psu and other components almost un-upgradeable to keep you trading in and buy up.

    That's wicked. Has the machines speed improved? Next will be a SSD.

    Good choice Kevin. Plus it has L3 Cache. And should be able to OC it if you want to.

    Yea people on newegg are OC to 3.4 and even 3.5 though I won't touch it unless I need to. =D
    The Windows Index rating for it was 7.2
