alright does anybody know how to set up my ram timings correctly?
on the Kingston site they mention 2 setings 5-5-5-15 @ 2.2V
    and 5-5-5-18 @ 1.8
now my bios doesn't give me the option of 18??
and it is still stuck at 800 not 1066 nd the CPU is at 2.86 now

    any ideas?
