The only thing the Troubleshooter found was Something missing/Missing Device/driver for the NVIDIA PhsyX, But im not sure thats the problem.

I know I'm running a 32 bit System but Ive tried both PhsyX 32 and 64 bit and Neither solve the problem I still get the Stuttering/ Freezing.

It's Really starting to get annoying and I really dont know what more to add. It feels like something is running hidden in the background.

Im running ESET NOD32 Anti-virus 4.0.424.0 and its found nothing So im at a loss

No its not under warranty, and I've lost all my faith in Dell, I spent 3000$ on a laptop and had no problems but the Day my Warranty is up (Remind you SAME DAY) they denied me help. Even the smallest bit of help was denied. they Lost my trust.

Im thinking a complete System wipe go Right back to XP and Re-Install Windows 7. Save small stuff but over all Completely wipe the system.

It may be drastic for what seems to be a Minor problem, but its effecting Everything.

    Any last Ideas?

I cant be the only one with this problem! It's in between 2-3 seconds the Skipping/Chopping happens there has to be a reason behind this
