windows 7 32 bit error CODE 43 !!

anyone mind helping me ?
i got this error when i plugin my PSP usb on my computer.
i tried reinstalling the driver but nothing happened..
and removing the CMOS battery didn't work



i also tried this solution on the youtube :

but it didn't help.

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (64-bit)

Do you have the latest Intel Chipset drivers?

And are you plugging your PSP into a 1.0 USB Port? Try to use one on the Rear I/O Panel in the Motherboard.

Do that and report back, please.

If you have a laptop try this:

1) Shut it down
2) Take the battery out, wait 10mins
3) Put the battery again, turn it on

If nothing works, update the BIOS (i've read about this before and some users found the solution by updating the BIOS)

And disable the USB Selective Suspend setting on your power plan.

bro i already fixed my problem
i disabled the USB Selective Suspend settings on my power plan ...
and re install all of my devices
