Identifying hardware in my new laptop?!

I recently purchased a new Dell Inspiron n5010. In trying to identify what motherboard it was that my laptop has, it occurred to me that I don't know what sound / video hardware my new computer has in it either. I looked at the documentation that came with my machine and it's not very clear on whats what. I tried the dell support site to find out my exact system specifications and that wasn't very clear either. I know its all "onboard" stuff because its in a laptop, but I'd really like to know what name I can be referring to them as to answer questions that have to do with wether or not my computer has nvidia hardware in it, etc.....?

Type system into Start/search and hit Enter. Under Components, you will find most of that info. More detailed information you find in Device Manager under Properties > Details tab of the device. Takes a bit of searching because there is a lot of detail.
