Windows 7: Pointer Speed For Each Mouse

I just picked up a bluetooth mouse, it works great.
Just one problem. i guess it's a much higher resolution idono.

Anyway the pointer flies to the point where I can't really use it.
Easily fixed, I turn down the pointed speed.

But now my touchpad is unusable without turning the pointer speed back up. Pain in the a** lol

Does anyone know of anyway to set the speed for each device? Maybe in the registry?
