    4.0 GB RAM (2.91 GB usable)?

    Hello everyone, I am on Windows 7 RC Build 7100 x64, using a x64 CPU, I have 2 x 2GB DDR2 800MHz RAM and it shows this in System;

    Attachment 15297

    Why is this?

    Either that's not a genuine x64 build (possible, if you got it from a torrent), or there's something wrong with one of your RAM sticks. Try taking them out, blowing into the sockets, and switching them around.

    I would encourage that you upgrade to the latest x64 build (Either Client 7232 or Client [Server Mod] 7260).

    I got this directly from MS, I am out of DVD's, I tried a later build but it gave me very poor FPS in Halo 2.

    Will try the RAM thing though.

    It might be the memory remap feature is not enabled or not supported in your Bios.

    I can't Halo 2 to work on my computer, it sucks too much. I've played it on Xbox, though, and I loved it!

    Considering its my only copy of W7 on disc, and I have no intention to install XP/Vista, yes it is worth it. :)

    Luckily I am getting my flash drive I ordered from newegg in the next day or so, so I could start using that for installs.
