It's all a question of taste, but you seem to have it down to a science.

I personnally like the cooler master HALF X case better. Has 2 usb 3 and a sata.

Personally i would swap out the Seagate and get two Western Digitals, caviar blacks 1tb.

I would also swap that PSU, unless you are going to be sticking a water cooling kit and sli gtx580, get a 900w or even a 1000w.
I have 1200w and sometimes i think its a bit overkill for my setup.

Perhaps, skip the Logitech g19, nice keyboard but there are hardly any apps that work with it, try a Logitech g510, bit cheaper and a lot more apps work with it.

Apart from those, looks good enough to eat.

    Luckly

Edit: have you thought about Sandy bridge instead for CPU i7-2600k, supposed to be very very very good. But... just a thought.

Ditto on drives, 2 6gbs if you have the marvel chip on the board.

I have 2 and data reads well. Be sure to turn off defrag on SSD

I'm surprised that with the bucks you're gonna lay down on the i7-880, you didn't opt to go with the i7-2600k.
Granted, you have to wait to April for the new motherboards, you may have a greater advantage with the next generation of
    boards and processors.

Yeah, I would buy a Sandy bridge now, if you can wait a month or so. They appear to run cooler and be overcloked to higher GHz on air than their predecessors. Plus you get all the new architecture, native 6Gb/s SATA and plenty of inoperable 3 Gb/s SATA ports And ASUS has some awesome 1155 boards.

but maybe your like me, slightly trailing edge.
