Windows 7: resume from s3 or hibernate

hello guys, i am having a problem.
i start windows normally and it loads everything and everythings works fine.
but when it sleeps eather s3 or hibernate and then comes back on, the hauppauge ir blaster does not work. it is pretty irritating because when i want to record a program or several programs fron tv , the scheduler turns on the pc at the right time and starts recording , but because the ir blaster.exe did not start after the resume or wake up, the recording software made the attempt to change the channel i want to record the program from, using the ir blaster.exe so instead it records the channel that is alredy on in the set top box.
can you please recomend me a software or something so i can make it restart the ir blaster.exe after wake up or resume?
