4 USB Port PCI Card wont install

I have a new PC ( 1 week old) W7 64bit and have tried to add an extra 4 USB Ports with a new PCI card.

I booted up and it found new hardware. It then stated that the hardware install had not been successful it the shows yellow ? in device manager.

When I search I get error code Code 12: This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use.

Sounds too complictaed to me !! any ideas as I am tearing my hair out.

    :) Please help, PC Novice

Check your BIOS settings and make sure ACPI is enabled. The PCI card is not getting the IRQ's and memory address assignments it needs to work from the motherboard.
