trouble installing radio shark 2

Hi!
i have purchased the radio shark 2 device and i can not install it properly.First i took the usual steps and after the the installation i clicked at the shortcut and the control panel appeared but it would not accept any actions(an error message appeared every time i tried to make an action).Then i reinstalled it in windows vista and windows xp compatibility mode just to have the same results.Does any body know how to help me with that issue?

Not much help out there and come to find out it's discontinued. I did find this link.

Griffin Technology: Support for radio SHARK 2

I did check this page recently but i didn't find any help.After chatting in other forums i found out that many other people have a similar problem and many different solutions were suggested but none seems to work either (although some users posted a thread saying that their problem has been solved).Maybe i am doing something wrong or there seems to be another issue which i can't specify at the moment.
If there are any suggestions please let me know...
