Hello misslyssa, welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

It does sound as though your hard drive is completely full. You have also probably corrupted your user account.

Are you able to get into your computer using Safe Mode? You do it by tapping the F8 key on startup and your computer should boot with only basic drivers.

Once you've done that you can copy any data you want to save in case you have to re-install Windows.

Can you please post your computer specifications and a screenshot of the disk layout in disk management.

You might want to see if you have any other damaged or corrupted systm files by running a System File Checker scan.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
